PRESERVE YOUR LEGACY WRITE YOUR STORY

Some LEGACIES are earned in silence — forged in discipline, SEAL TEAM service, & military sacrifice.

Master Chief (Ret.) Terry “Mother” Moy, SEAL TEAM 1 served an unprecedented 5 year term as SEAL BUD/S instructor where he installed the navy ship brass bell from his patio, a gift from a sea captain. The "hells bell" known by the BUDS candidates in the program, that is rung by candidates who drop the program 3x signaling to all that the candidate has dropped. Placed on a stanchion outside his freshly painted instructors office and inducted into SEAL ethos by class 58' comprised of Jesse Ventura, Mike Gotchey, & Tim Keeney, all editorial contributors to the legacy book known as,  MOY BELL; The Only Easy Day Was Yesterday.

Through 17 filmed hours of personal interviews at the Newport Naval War College and 2 years of interviews with contributing editorial with Dr. (h.c.) Lisa Ray, Chief Moy's  untold military legacy story has became known to all as: MOY BELL: The Only Easy Day Was Yesterday — a published legacy novel now housed in U.S. Navy SEAL Museums in Fort Pierce, FL and San Diego, CA. The replica "MOY BELL" graciously donated by the MOY family to the SEAL Museum in San Diego, CA is now on permanent installation. The bell stands to remind us all that there is always a solution, never ring the bell.

Moy's storytelling is rich in history with a tilt towards his genuine sense of humor that encapsulates the reader as if you have traveled back in time.

"I always believed my story was just a record of duty, not something for public consumption. But Dr. (H.C.) Lisa Ray, a patriot who understands the weight of our legacy, made it clear: this isn’t for me. It’s a mission for the next generation, a final briefing to ensure they carry on our spirit and sacrifice, while also benefiting the SEAL Legacy Foundation. By telling our stories, we continue to serve, supporting those who stand ready to answer the call. She's the one who will help me complete the mission, and you too, she's a hell of a writer."
